HK01 中大X護理│教授創社企「喜令護手」為中風人士重拾「手」護尊嚴 中風復康的路漫長而艱辛，當社會大眾的目光都聚焦於中風人士能否重新站立、行走時，卻往往忽略了他們緊握的拳頭，原來也影響著生活以至心理的一點一滴。香港中文大學（中大）醫學院那打素護理學院副教授盧海珊，在多年的研究與家訪中，被一位女士在中風後無法修剪指甲而失去「扮靚」樂趣的失落所觸動，決心將學術知識轉化為一雙雙溫暖的手。 獲中大可持續知識轉移項目基金（S-KPF）支持，盧教授於2024年創立了社企「喜令護手」，不僅為中風人士提供專業且可負擔的手部護理，更開創性地培訓一群「金齡婦女」成為護理員，為她們開啟事業第二春，也為中風人士帶來功能與心靈的雙重療癒。 家訪揭隱形缺口 中風復康豈止學走路？ 「喜令護手」的成立始於盧海珊副教授的博士研究。她過去一直專注於中風人士的社區自我管理，研究成果更曾發表於《Stroke》等國際頂尖期刊。在深入社區進行家訪紀錄的過程中，她察覺到一個被嚴重低估的服務缺口——手部護理。 盧教授在家訪時發現，許多中風人士因手部痙攣，連張開手掌、修剪指甲等基本日常自理都難以完成。「一次家訪中，我發現一位中風後康復中的女士，只在手指尾的指甲上塗上指甲油，細問後女士表示她在中風前喜歡扮靚，所以即使中風後，因手部問題難以再把所有指甲塗上指甲油，只塗一隻仍依然開心。」這讓盧教授意識到，手部護理絕非小事，它直接關乎中風人士的尊嚴、心理健康和生活品質，而且手部功能對中風人士的日常生活至關重要，影響穿衣、進食、個人衛生等各個方面。 她觀察到，本地市場上的中風護理服務多集中於復康鍛鍊上，專注於手部護理的服務寥寥無幾，所以促使「喜令護手」的誕生。而「喜令護手」提供的服務，並非單純的按摩，而是結合了專業護理、按摩、上肢復康和自我管理訓練的綜合方案。 中大基金支持「落地」 知識轉移化為溫暖之手 2024年，「喜令護手」成功獲得中大S-KPF的資金支持，這筆關鍵資金成為項目「落地」的引擎。…
